Im CAD-Advanced Seminar vertiefen wir Gestaltungs- und Konstruktionstechniken mittels digitaler Modellierung in Rhino 3D, sowie erste Einblicke in Algorithmus-basierte Modellierung (Grasshopper), sowie Digitaler Fertigung.
Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Vertiefung und erweitertem Verständnis von digitalen Modellierungs- und Gestaltungsmethoden. Angestrebt wird autodidaktisch Arbeiten der Studierenden, sowie Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Workflows in digitaler Modellierung.
Die Abgabeleistung erfordert vertiefte Kenntnisse in CAD, dabei liegt der Fokus darauf, einen eigenständigen Workflow zu entwickeln.

In the CAD-Advanced seminar, we explore in-depth design and construction methods involving digital modeling in Rhino 3D, as well as initial insights into algorithm-based modeling (Grasshopper), alongside with digit fabrication.
The focus is on improving and expanding the understanding of digital modeling and design methods. The aim is for students to work autodidactically and to further develop and refine the workflow in digital modeling.
The assignment requires in-depth knowledge of CAD, with a focus on developing an independent workflow.
