Traditional models of work aren't working anymore, but what might an alternative look like? In this workshop, we will collectively imagine and prototype new models for creative livelihoods built upon interdependence and solidarity. We will explore common challenges like building trust, making decisions, sharing resources and distributing power fairly, reflecting on our own experiences of collaboration and existing models from social movements. Through discussion, making, and collective experimentation, each group will contribute to a shared toolkit of strategies for building a more resilient and expansive creative practice.
